Beef, 1/2 Beef Bundle

With the 1/2 beef bundle, you get a variety of beef cuts, with a total weight similar to what a half of a beef would provide.

We take the confusion out of the equation...you don't have to figure out how to instruct the processor and you'll know exactly how many pounds of product you're receiving when we add everything together.

We calculate your cost based on the weight of the actual packages we put in your box. The only thing that could change is if we run out of a particular cut we may have to substitute with something else.
