Bread, Jalapeno Cheddar Sourdough

There is no fat or sugar added to these loaves. Flavor is developed by using a slow fermentation process of three days. The ferment (mother) was developed in August of 2007 with the juice of our grapes. The local wild yeasts of the Wabash Valley are part of this local product.
