The spring cultured butter inventory is sold out for the season, but we have the regular cultured butter available.
This butter is churned from the April and May and early June milk which is much darker colored from the increased beta caratene levels in the cream.
Butter is churned from cream skimmed off the top of the vat of milk cultured 24 hours prior. The method is a time honored gentle, simple procedure carried out like the centuries before us. Has a 'Pet Food' label.
