Eggs, pastured (medium)

1 dozen medium eggs from pastured hens fed non GMO feed. When pullets (young hens) start to lay, the eggs are usually much smaller. As the hen matures, the eggs will gradually increase in size. Some breeds of chickens lay larger eggs than others, too. Each egg is between 1.6 and 1.9 oz.
