Whole hog, this estimated hanging carcass weight of 210 lbs. is based on a 300 lb. live weight hog. The price is based on the carcass weight, of which the actual take home weight will be some less from the cutting and trimming and water shrinkage. The total carcass weight will vary according to the original size of the live hog which could vary from 250-350 lbs.
Price includes standard processing costs. Extra costs for sausage making, curing or smoking will be added to total cost.
Two 2025 processing dates to choose from: August 27th and October 30. Meat will be ready for pickup approximately 1-2 weeks later (curing of bacon or ham may or may not be ready that quickly).
