Mexitalian Tomato Soup

This made-up soup recipe is definitely worth repeating!
Ingredients
- (1 lb) Pork Sausage, Sweet Italian
- (1 quart (32 oz)) Tomato Soup
- (1 medium) Zucchini, chopped
- (2 cups) Frozen corn, thawed
- (1 can) Black Beans, drained
- (1 small can) Diced Green Chiles, mild
- (1) Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- (10-15) Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- (1/2 teaspoon) Sea Salt
- (1/2 teaspoon) Cumin, ground
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Brown Sausage in a large pot. Add zucchini, jalapeno, tomatoes and corn, cook until veggies are slightly tender.
- Add tomato soup, black beans and green chiles.
- Add sea salt and cumin.
- Simmer until veggies are tender.
- Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
