- (1 pkg) Pork, All Natural Smoked Polish Sausage
- (8, cut into bite-sized pieces) Yukon Gold or Red potatoes
- (2, diced) Sweet peppers
- (2 Tbsp) Butter
- (1 tsp) Oregano
- (1 tsp) Basil
- (1/2 tsp) Black pepper
- (2 Tbsp) Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a pan, arrange the sausage, potatoes and peppers and place the butter over the top in small cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on top.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
For variations, add or substitute other veggies, or sprinkle cheese on top!
