Meatball Subs

These subs are really easy to make, and taste delicious!

Ingredients
- (1 lb) Pork Sausage, Sweet Italian
- (4) Buns (top-opening hot dog or sub)
- (3/4 cup) Mozzarella, shredded
- (8 oz) Pasta sauce
Directions
Divide thawed sausage into about 12 portions and roll each piece into a ball (about 2" diameter).
Pan fry, browning on the outside layer, then turn down heat and allow to cook through. I think mine were in the skillet about 20 minutes or so.
Heat pasta sauce in a saucepan.
Lightly toast buns a few minutes.
Put three cooked meatballs on each bun, covering with sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella on each sub, and enjoy!
