- (1 roll) Beef Goetburg Summer Sausage
- (1 Tablespoon) Butter
- (6) Apples
- (1 teaspoon) Ground cinnamon
Slice and cut summer sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Melt a little butter or coconut oil in a large skillet.
Start cooking summer sausage.
Core and slice apples into bite-sized pieces and add to skillet.
Sprinkle cinnamon over mixture and stir occasionally until level of desired doneness is reached. Summer sausage is precooked so basically however soft you like your apples.
