Roast Pork Stroganoff

A little twist on an old favorite...and a creative way to use leftover pork roast!

Ingredients
- (2 cups) Egg noodles
- (2 cups cubed or shredded) Pork Shoulder Roast
- (1 small can) Sliced mushrooms
- (2 tablespoons) Dried minced onion
- (1 cup) Sour cream
- (1/2 cup) Water
- (2 tablespoons) Oil or butter
- (1 teaspoon) Garlic salt
- (1/2 teaspoon) Thyme
- (1/4 teaspoon) Black pepper
- (2 tablespoons) Ketchup
- (1 tablespoon) Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Add oil to skillet and saute drained mushrooms and minced onion.
After you have shredded or cubed your leftover pork roast, add it to the skillet.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Serve over noodles.
