Olive Garden makes a great soup, but it's even better with superior ingredients!

Ingredients
- (1 1/2 teaspoons) Olive oil
- (1 lb) Ground beef
- (1) Small onion, chopped
- (3) Large carrots, diced
- (4) Stalks celery, sliced
- (24 oz) Tomatoes, diced
- (1 cup) Red kidney beans, cooked
- (1 cup) White kidney beans, cooked
- (44 oz) Beef stock
- (1 1/2 teaspoons) Oregano
- (1 1/4 teaspoons) Pepper
- (2 teaspoons) Parsley
- (3/4 teaspoon) Tobasco sauce
- (24 oz) Spaghetti sauce
- (4 oz) Shell pasta, dry
Directions
Saute beef in oil in a large pot until beef starts to brown.
Add onions, carrots, celery, and tomatoes. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse beans and add to pot.
Add beef stock, oregano, pepper, parsley, tobasco, spaghetti sauce and noodles.
Simmer until celery and carrots are tender, about 40 minutes.
