SWEET 'N SOUR MEATBALLS

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into 1 inch meat balls. Melt butter in skillet and brown meat balls (covering the skillet will prevent the meat from getting too dry). On the stove top, mix pineapple juice, cornstarch , sugar, vinegar and water in sauce pan and stir until thickened. Add pineapple and peppers and pour over meat balls in she skillet. . Cover and simmer 20 min. May be served over rice or noodles

- (1/4 cups) Dry Bread Crumbs
- (1/4 cup) Chopped Opnion
- (1 tsp) Sea Salt
- (1 tsp) Black Pepper
- (2 Tbsp) Cornstarch
- (2 Tbsp) Soy Sauce
- (2 Tbsp) Vinegar
- (1/2 cup) Water
- (1) green pepper
- (1 drained can) Pineapple chunks
- (1/2 cup) pineapple juice
- (1 Tbsp) Butter
- (1/4 cup) Sugar
