Ingredients
- (4) Breads, Sourdough English Muffins
- (4) Pork Breakfast Sausage Patties
- (4) Eggs, pastured and organic fed (large)
- Butter for muffins, if desired
- Cheese for each sandwich, if desired
Directions
Cook sausage patties in a large skillet.
Fry 4 eggs to desired doneness in another skillet.
Slice and toast the Sourdough English muffins.
Butter muffins and add cheese if desired.
Assemble sandwiches.
Enjoy!
PRO TIP: Save the sausage drippings to make gravy with biscuits for another meal!
