Cabbage Soup with Hamburger

Ingredients
- (1 lb) Beef, Ground
- (1 small head) Cabbage, chopped
- (2 c) Celery, diced
- (1 c) Onion, diced
- (1) Green Bell Pepper, diced
- (2-3 cloves) Garlic, minced
- (4 c) Beef broth
- (1 28-oz can) Diced Tomatoes
- (2 tsp) Oregano
- (2 tsp) Basil
- (1/4 tsp) Red Pepper Flakes
- (Few shakes of) Black Pepper
- (1/2 tsp) Sea salt (optional)
Directions
Brown beef. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 6-8 hours. I cooked mine on the stovetop for a couple hours. I also substituted ground beef with ground veal, and didn't have any beef broth handy so used chicken broth. Turned out great!
