Creamed Eggs

I don't know if this recipe originated outside my family or not, but it was one of my favorite breakfasts growing up, and I still enjoy it today. My dad would make it sometimes, and his mom did as well.

Ingredients
- (6) Hard boiled eggs, diced
- (3 cups) Milk
- (3 Tablespoons) Cornstarch
- (2 teaspoons) Mustard
- (1 Tablespoon) Honey
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix cornstarch with 3/4 cup milk. Make sure lumps are dissolved.
Pour this and remaining milk into saucepan on stove; heat.
Add eggs, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Stir on low to medium heat until thickened.
Serve over biscuits or toast.
