Deviled Eggs
The sweet relish in these deviled eggs adds the perfect sweet zippy-ness!

  • (9 hard boiled) Eggs, pastured
  • (1/4 cup) Mayonnaise
  • (1/4 cup) Sweet relish
  • (1/2 teaspoon) Mustard
  • Paprika


I like to hard boil eggs in the instant pot, and they peel super easily, even fresh ones! Simply cook for 5 minutes, allow 5 minutes of natural pressure release, then after opening the vent and safely removing the lid, cool eggs for 5 minutes in an ice water bath.

Peel and halve eggs. Remove yolks into a separate bowl.

Mash yolks.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, relish and mustard together. Add this mixture to the yolks and stir well.

Using spoons, place a dollop of yolk mixture in each white.

Sprinkle paprika on each yolk.

Serve cold.
