Easy Meatloaf Cups

A quicker-cooking delicious meatloaf option!

Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground beef
- (2 large) Eggs
- (2 Tbsp.) Olive oil
- (1/2 cup) Pasta sauce
- (1/3 cup) Rolled oats
- (1 tsp.) Garlic powder
- (1 tsp.) Onion powder
- (1 tsp.) Paprika
- (1 tsp.) Dry parsley
- (1/2 tsp.) Salt/pepper
- (1 cup) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
In a large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients and mix well.
Spray muffin tin with no stick cooking spray, brushing each entire cup.
Divide into 12 portions; press each onto the bottom and up sides of the greased muffin cups.
Add cheese in the center.
Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Serve immediately, or cool and place in freezer bags in the freezer for future meals!
