- (1) Graham cracker crust
- (About 1 qt) Vanilla ice cream
- Fresh or frozen fruit
If you like, you can make your own graham cracker crust. If you're short on time, purchase a pre-made crust.
Set ice cream out to soften, usually between a half hour to an hour.
Spread softened ice cream into crust.
Place pie in freezer, covered.
Take pie out of the freezer about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Spoon fruit of your choice over individual slices. We used red raspberries from the freezer. The combination of sweet ice cream with slightly tart berries was delicious!
