Oven Cubed Steak

I remember my Aunt Diane making this sometimes when she brought Sunday dinner over for grandma. The cubed steaks are always fork-tender and melt-in-your mouth!

Ingredients
- (4) Beef Cubed Steak
- Flour
- (1/2 tsp) Sea salt
- (1/4 tsp) Black pepper
- (1 small) Onion, chopped
- (1) Green pepper, chopped
- (1 small can) Tomatoes, diced
- (1 quart) Beef broth
Directions
Mix enough flour with salt and pepper to coat the cubed steaks.
Pan-fry in oil to brown both sides, about 4 minutes each side.
Put cubed steaks in casserole dish and add onions, peppers, and tomatoes.
Pour enough broth on to cover the steaks.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 3 hours. Can add more broth if needed.
