Perfect Pot Roast

An easy, nourishing meal for those busy days!

Ingredients
- (1) Beef Rump Roast
- (4) Potatoes
- (6) Carrots
- (1 cup) Tomato Juice
- (1 Tbsp) Minced Onion
- (1 tsp) Sea Salt
- (1/2 tsp) Thyme
- (1/2 tsp) Turmeric
- (1/4 tsp) Black Pepper
- Water to partially fill crockpot
Directions
Place roast in crockpot.
Add tomato juice and water to partially fill crockpot.
Sprinkle in salt, thyme, turmeric, pepper, and onion.
Place carrots and potatoes around the beef (can adjust number of veggies based on number of servings).
Cook on low for about 8 hours.
Roast should be fork-tender, so simply pull apart the meat to serve!
If desired, the broth can be used to make a gravy as well.
