Pastured Pork: sausage

We raise our pigs on pasture where they are rotated regularly to receive fresh forage, expressing their pigness through rooting in the dirt. They consume the by-products of cultured skim milk and whey from our dairy processing and also receive some nonGMO grain with their dairy.
