Pastured Pork: Sausage

We raise our pigs on pasture, and they consume the by-products of cultured skim milk and whey from our dairy processing. They also receive some nonGMO grain with their dairy. 2024 pork is ON SALE now to make room for this year's pork! 2025 pork will be restocked beginning in early September from pigs that are Berkshire x Large Black, Hampshire x, or Idaho Pasture Pigs.
