- (1) Banana
- (1/2) Fresh Peach, sliced
- (1/4 cup) Blueberries
- (1/4 cup) Blackberries
- (1 to 2 cups) Kefir
- (Yolk from 1) Eggs, pastured
- (1/2 tsp) Ground Cinnamon
In a blender, add chunks of banana, peach slices, and berries.
Separate the egg yolk and add it. (*Note*: There's of course some risk in consuming raw eggs, and I would not recommend using store-bought conventional eggs...pastured eggs are best, and an excellent source of vitamin A and omega-3’s in those bright yellow-orange yolks!).
Fill your blending container to your desired level with kefir and blend together.
Serves 2, unless you're really hungry...then maybe just 1!
