Powerhouse Smoothie

Ingredients
- (1) Banana
- (1/2) Fresh Peach, sliced
- (1/4 cup) Blueberries
- (1/4 cup) Blackberries
- (1 to 2 cups) Kefir
- (Yolk from 1) Eggs, pastured
- (1/2 tsp) Ground Cinnamon
Directions
In a blender, add chunks of banana, peach slices, and berries.
Separate the egg yolk and add it. (*Note*: There's of course some risk in consuming raw eggs, and I would not recommend using store-bought conventional eggs...pastured eggs are best, and an excellent source of vitamin A and omega-3’s in those bright yellow-orange yolks!).
Add cinnamon.
Fill your blending container to your desired level with kefir and blend together.
Serves 2, unless you're really hungry...then maybe just 1!
Smoothie in the photo is pictured with a toasted sourdough English muffin from Harvest Bakery topped with cultured raw butter, and one of our pastured hard boiled eggs. Breakfast of champions!
