Pastured Pork: Steaks

We raise our pigs on pasture, and they consume the by-products of cultured skim milk and whey from our dairy processing. They also receive some nonGMO corn with their dairy. 2024 pork will be restocked beginning in mid September from pigs that are Berkshire x Large Black, Hampshire, or Red Wattle.
